Feeling Book-Cluttered? Let’s Get You Sorted.
A free printable tool to help you decide what to keep, what to let go, and what’s just a “maybe.”
Happy Friday Friends -
I made a thing for you! It’s a free printable Book Sorting Bookmark—a simple flowchart-style tool to help you figure out where each book stands: keep, maybe, or let go.
It's a simple, low-tech thing that’s helped me feel more organized. And if you know me, you know acts of service is my love language—so of course I had to share it.
Whether you're dealing with new bookmail, a used book haul, or just a stack that's been sitting on your nightstand for months, this bookmark helps you make decisions without overthinking it.
When To Use It
Sorting through your latest bookmail or library haul
Revisiting books you’ve had for a while and aren’t sure about anymore
Trying to make space before new releases come in
Doing a mini unhaul without committing to a full shelf purge
What It Is
A one-page PDF with three bookmarks per sheet. No special paper or supplies—just print, trim, and stash a few wherever you sort your books.
Each bookmark includes:
A simple flowchart with three paths: Keep, Maybe, or Let Go
Space to note where and when you got the book
Gentle prompts to help you decide what to do with it next
Start Small
Use a few the next time a stack of books magically shows up (I don’t know how it happens!)—before they disappear into the TBR void. It’s a small step that makes the whole pile feel less overwhelming.

Let me know if you use it—I’d love to hear how it works for you. And feel free to share it with a friend who might be buried in books too.
Happy Organizing!

This is cool. But I think all my books are in the “Overwhelmed by my TBR” category!!
Love this! Thanks.
